Your passport holds the keys to see the finest sights in the world. Having a valid passport is the first step towards planning for your international journey. Passport seva kendras have been established by the govt of india for various states and regions for the convenience of the applicants.
The basic supporting documents required with passport application include:




Applicants are now required to present themselves at the respective Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) for enabling the Passport Issuing Authority to obtain applicants' photographs, biometrics and granting decision in their presence.

Passport Services
Generally for the fresh application, the following documents are required:
1. Proof of Current Address
2. Proof of Date of Birth
3. Standard Affidavit Annexure "I"
Reissue of passport can be for various reasons like exhaustion of pages, Expiry of old passport or damage to passport or change in particulars.
We deal in all such cases as there are special requirements for each individual case.
Tatkal or Instant Passports are provided for urgent travel needs. Each of the case is viewed separately and has a higher fees than standard application with more paperwork
Enquire Now(i) Old Passport in original with self-attested photocopy of its first two and last two pages, including ECR/Non-ECR page (previously ECNR) and the page of observation (if any), made by Passport Issuing Authority and validity extension page, if any, in respect of short validity passport
(ii) An attested copy of marriage certificate issued by Registrar of Marriage or Affidavit sworn before First Class Judicial Magistrate or Executive Magistrate on Non-Judicial stamp paper for re-issue
of passport (which was obtained prior to marriage) by married applicants who are unable to provide the prescribed marriage certificate or joint affidavit with spouse due to marital discord, separation or without formal divorce decree by the Court or due to total desertion by the spouse as per specimen at Annexure 'K'.

A joint affidavit from husband and wife along with a joint photograph, (Specimen at Annexure "D") When joint affidavit is not possible the affidavit should indicate the reason for it. If applying for passport for the first time, this affidavit is required only if there is a change in the first name.
Note:
1. This affidavit may be sworn before a Judicial Magistrate or Executive Magistrate/Notary Public.
2. The joint photograph of the couple is to be pasted on the bottom left hand side of the affidavit paper and attested by the Magistrate/Notary with his/her signature and rubber stamps (half on the photograph and half on the affidavit).
3. Declaration 2 above to be ignored by applicants who seek endorsement of name of spouse in respect of reissue of a previously issued passport.
4. If a joint photograph cannot be affixed, then affidavit should indicate the reason why it cannot be affixed.
Old Passport in original with self-attested photocopy of its first two and last two pages, including ECR/Non-ECR page (previously ECNR) and the page of observation (if any), made by Passport Issuing Authority and validity extension page, if any, in respect of short validity passport, Deed poll/sworn affidavit as per Annexure "E"
(This deed poll/affidavit may be signed and attested in presence of a Judicial Magistrate or Executive
Magistrate/Notary Public or Consular Officer in an Indian Mission abroad)
Note:
In case of change of name, applicant should insert advertisements in two reputed newspapers
(one local newspaper of the area in which he/she is residing and 2nd in newspaper of the area of
permanent address) and submit original newspapers at the time of applying for passport in his/her new
name.
In this case tatkaal passports cannot be issued and the following set of documents are required:
1. Proof of Present Address
2. Proof of Date of Birth.
3. Affidavit stating how and where the Passport got lost/ damaged (Annexure 'L')
4. Police report in original Self-attested photocopy of first two and last two pages, including ECR/Non-ECR page of old Passport (if available)
